We aim to create software that respects the person using it: clear where it can be clear, private where it should be private, and honest about both its strengths and its limitations. We would rather improve something properly than hide unfinished work behind confident language.
Our ambition is larger than any one application. We want to build a company where useful work creates useful lives—where future staff are treated with dignity, paid fairly, credited for what they contribute, and given room to learn, recover, disagree and grow.
Our working values are simple:
Truth in what we claim.
Dignity in how people are treated.
Cohesion in how tools and teams are built.
Grace when honest mistakes are made.
Recognition for the people who carry the work.
We are still small, still learning and still building, but the direction is firm: dependable software, humane working practices and success that is shared rather than extracted.
